The Vista Corporation Yard Project included the design of a new Public Works Corporation Yard Administration building. The Administration building is approximately 10,000 square feet of office and work space, including 16 individual offices, open cubicle workstations, two meeting rooms, a break room, and an outdoor patio. Staff locker rooms, a wash room, and fitness room are also provided.

The lobby and reception area includes an area to interface with the public, a single-occupancy restroom, storage, mail room and a separate entrance for receiving deliveries. The exterior materials include storefront glazing, aluminum composite metal panels as well as two types of metal siding.
