This project included the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for the rehabilitation of the existing Temecula Community Recreation Center Pool facility.

The project scope includes the removal and replacement of pool decking, pool re-plaster, new lane line eyelets /hooks, installation of an enhanced lighting system with energy efficient LED fixtures, deck lighting for night use, replacement of deck drainage system, replacement of depth markers, and expansion of deck areas to add multiple shade and group rental areas to the facility.
