COST:

COMPLETED:
January 2009
This project was part of SeaWorld San Diego’s master plan to provide a new Human Resources and Security Building for Park Employees. Located at the entry to the park this facility provides a strong visual presence. The design of the facility incorporates playful colors and forms found in the Education Building located nearby.
The project featured a 10,000, single story building housing the Human Resources division, as well as offices for Security personnel, as well as a pass gate for employees and visitors. Also included was an employee payroll window. The project included extensive telecommunications and data systems to support the Security functions, and required close coordination to transfer over operational systems from the existing facility.
