COAR is an abbreviation of the term: COmmunity ARchitects. Community is at the heart of everything we do and every project we complete. Communities can be small or large but they’re never singular. They tend to be layered, complex, and diverse. More importantly, they reflect the groups of individuals that are integrated into each and every project: The end users, stakeholders, patrons, partners, designers, builders, and residents.
